oh well..my post title says it all..had horrible diarrhea today..was quite worries whether it is Samonella poisoning..The news reported that alot of ppl down with Samo poisoning cos of certain tomatoes..and i had been eating tomatoes like nobody's business..gd news!!went to the doctor, dun think it is Samo poisoning..then i recalled i ate some curry the day before..shld be the curry..shucks!!

so din get to go outing with the children..stayed at home..after medication, slightly better, but very tired..cos of the stomach discomfort, i drifted in and out of slp, makes me more tired..still got singing lesson later and church on sunday!!i must get well,i must get well,i must get well!!yeah!!i believe God heals!! =)

tuned in to 933 today..a few times i came across this very nice song..but after listening to it, dun feel very gd..LOL..

2 NS men died of sudden cardiac arrest this week..SCARY can..i have a friend who is in brunei now..when i heard the news that someone died when in brunei, i was scared out of my wits can!!suddenly i was so worried lah!!but becos my parents were at home, so i hid my panic..if not they will anyhow think loh..it turned out to be someone by the name of Clifton Lam..PHEW!!not that im happy that he is dead k, but im just relieved it is not my fren..i have so many friends in army..so my guy friends out there!!pls pls take care of yourself k!!stop and rest if you feel any discomfort, even minor ones..esp those that need to chiong sua and has more vigorous activities than others!!pls rest REST REST!!if got chance to "eat snake", pls do k..but dun purposely create chance to do that lah!!LOL!!pls pls take care of yourself!! pls ORD swee swee k!! im praying for you guys too!! =)

that amos ah..replied my bday sms to him only after like 1 week(these took place a few weeks back, but randomly just feel like posting this..haha!!)..haha..so he called to explain that he was out in the field for one whole week..so cant reply to hp smses..ok lah!!forgive him!!i tot OCS locked him up or something like that..haha!!the following week he kena confined too..take heart my fren.. =) haha!

Babe Conde, our NDP choir vocal coach was the mentor of Olivia Ong, and the Singapore Idols..wow!!din know abt it initally!!so cool!!and i love her training style!!so fun loh!!

im gonna find my best friends again!!
