Just let me rant for this post.

ok, im pissed.seriously pissed.but not to the extend of confronting the relevant ppl.

please Eileen, dun do stupid thing, it doesn't help.

im still calm and rational despite the many months of accumulated swept-under-the-carpet issue. I tot there is no need to kick up a fuss over such matters. but hey!!after accumulating it for so long, i dun think it is a minor issue right??#$%%^$#@

still, Eileen, pls keep your cool.

it is getting quite obvious that the relevant ppl lack that kind of control. ignoring,being passive and keeping quiet abt it makes it worse. after being here for so long,there shld be a certain level of growth in skill what. frankly speaking, a little more initiative wld be very very much appreciated. this has nothing to do with personality or character. it all depends on the choice made. seriously. anyway, ppl who takes more initiative usually ends up with more responsibility--> more things to do--> busier--> cant relax or be laid back. it is just very sad to do things for the sake of doing, let each day passed as it is(as long as there are other ppl around who are taking control), dun really care abt the welfare of the group, wait for "the day" to come, thats it. then i really wonder, what is the purpose of being here with us??

I dun usually have matters that will make me really pissed. it is quite hard to make me super angry or super irritated. so it speaks alot if my entry title and the whole post is regarding me being pissed.

im totally fine with the responsibilities given to me now, so im not complaing. but i really wonder, why the "special" treatment just becos of the inability/inefficiency/ineffectiveness of doing something?all these can always be learnt and developed what!!if not what??remain like that for the rest of our life??

the above situation can happen at anytime, anywhere to anybody, so no point guessing who, where and what. =)
