oh well.. slp at 11pm plus ytd nite..considered SUPER early for me liao.. but then today's lecture made me doze off again..sigh..haha..somemore after lunch..my hibernating period..haha.. =P

i invited kar hian to my church..and thank God he came..ytd speedlight(youth service) was having SOS ( Save One Soul ) sunday.. a special event once in every few months..heh..on the way to church, kar hian told me abt his encounter with the bees in the world's oldest tropical rain forest in malaysia..dunno what is the name..but he went there with his friends to conquer Gurung Tahan..haha.. a mountain in malaysia..so steady rite?he went there with his friends during his hols..so cool!!eileen got height phobia so forget it..haha..kar hian is considered the most adventurous person/guy in my social circle man..jia you!! =)

after sch today..went for prayer meeting..learnt a very meaningful and inspiring quote today..haha..hot from the oven by Joshua Tong..LOL..

after prayer meeting, the seafood family was reunited again!!woo hoo!!calvin and i are crabs..joshua is sotong..went to food court and cal had his dinner..then we proceeded to swensen for the "shake the earth" ice cream.. earthquake..haha..wah..we had double vanilla, chocolate chip, yam, mango, coffee, pepper mint and cookies and cream..so shiok man!!the last time i ate it was 3 or 4 yrs ago at the swensen in changi airport..haha..i love the toffee and blueberry toppings!!!!!!!!at 1st i tot the blueberry topping was strawberry topping, so i din really touch it..but in the end i find the colour abit dark to be strawberry..so i tasted it..it was blueberry!!!!!my favourite!!!how could i resist it..oh man.. i miss the blueberry danish from breadtalk and hans!!!AH!!!!!!!!1 of these day, im going to pamper myself with that man..friends..eileen like blueberry danish..haha..*hint*.. just joking.. =P

then we went to life bookshop..muahahahaha..the only place in junction 8 where i can spend a few hours(except KFC and seoul garden, i think) just browsing thru the books..haha..actually to be more accurate speaking, not that i dun like to read..but im very selective when it comes to reading books..i only read certain books not all..so im not a wide reader..hehe..hmm..got some cheap books..will go there to buy when i have saved enuff..and oh gosh..the GREAT SINGAPORE SALES is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!oh man!!!! an annual sale..how cld i miss it!!!eileen really nit to save liao..but given my appetite..always met with difficulties..haha..dun care..will date cerelia out for shopping one day..i think she needs that too.. =P haha..but my shopping list is very practical..cheap, durable, lasting, nice and most imptly,something that can be used or worn..not some cute cute teddy bears, or things like that.. =S i dun like soft toys.. =S i will buy things like clothes, bags, shoes, etc..yes.. and i will bargain if im buying from stalls like those in bugis street..muahahaha..my bargain skills..is invincible..LOL..

hmm..tml lecture at 11am..means i can have more slp???thank God!!seriously need to slp more..and oh man..dun know why..down with a cough liao..and with phlegm somemore..just started coughing on sunday and got phlegm liao..so fast.. =S

im a bit worried le..shane is going NS soon..and oh man..going to lose a gd leader temporarily for a period of 2 yrs??and a very gd bass guitarist as well????and cell how????????sigh..nvm..eileen..pray pray pray!!!yes pray!!no pt worrying..turn your worries into prayer!!yeah man!!!!!!!!!! =)

The strongest extrovert blend. People oriented and enthusiastic salesman type. Organized and productive, will start out as salesman and end up as sales manager. People oriented, needs variety, activity and excitement. Sports enthusiast. Generally financially successful if trained and motivated properly. Highly opinionated and talks too much. Expresses himself loudly before he has all the facts.

THE CHOLERIC: The choleric, at a party or in a social setting is, on the surface, highly personable and optimistic and well-liked. They can be very charming, open and friendly to most of the people around them. Associates and people they meet at parties or social gatherings respond well to their charm and begin to invite them to their parties. The choleric sees these contacts as opportunities to advance their needs, socially or materially. Often parties, socialization and association will be chosen for the purpose of helping the choleric reach some goal. These chosen people are usually people who easily follow the wishes of the choleric. After choosing the associates, anger and cruel temper often become an issue. It is often seems almost as if the choleric is looking for someone who will stand up to them, but when this type of person is found, they often react with anger.

The person with the choleric temperament has the best mind for envisioning new projects, then undertaking them. They also have a knack for choosing the people who will help get the project finished. The choleric often fails to see the pitfalls in a project, but with their extremely tough will, they carry the project through to the end regardless of the pitfalls. Their need for accomplishments is insatiable and the things they accomplish are unending, not because their plans are better, but because they will carry these plans through to the end, regardless of the merit of the plan. The choleric needs almost constant recognition for their accomplishments and anger may become an issue if recognition is withheld. The choleric tolerates almost no interference and often feel that others could not do things as well as they do. Thus they have a difficult time delegating authority and are subject to burnout.

The choleric does very well in making decisions and taking on responsibilities. They have great leadership capacities. They make very good intuitive decisions and handle responsibilities that will make other temperaments run. The decisions are made quickly and in an intuitive manner that leaves others in the wake. When their responsibilities are undertaken, they are done so in an efficient, well-disciplined, military fashion. No other temperament is as well organized and disciplined as the choleric.

THE SANGUINE: Sanguines in a group of people are the easiest to identify; they are the ones who are the center of attention, talk the loudest, tell the funniest jokes and wear the brightest colors. Their cheerfulness and humor brighten everyone's lives. When you need someone to be inspiring and to affect people with their enthusiasm, you find a sanguine. When you go to the movies, watch a TV show or are moved to your knees by an evangelist, you are most likely watching a sanguine.

The sanguine's' major weakness is that they can easily adopt severe and destructive behaviors; not emotional breakdowns. The two most pronounced behaviors adopted are histrionic behavior and neurotic behavior. When the sanguine undertakes good behavior and attention is withheld, they often undertake bad behaviors like screaming, crying, pouting, temper tantrums. The response of others to these behaviors tend to be seen as rewards of attention and the circle is often continued until it is broken by counseling.

The second destructive behavior often adopted by the sanguine is neurotic behavior, broken only by a caring, knowledgeable counselor who knows the needs and how they can be met.
Of all of the temperaments, the sanguine is the most responsive to rewards such as praise, acceptance, and adoration. They are the least organized and disciplined of all of the temperaments. They do not relate well to tasks, but love to relate to people. If they do take on a task, it is one as quickly as possible so they can be with people.

They excel at things that are communication tools, but are not patient when it comes to doing jobs. They are outgoing, enthusiastic, warm, compassionate and seem to relate well to other people's feelings, yet they can be rude and uncaring. The sanguine is also an optimistic type of person who believes life is an exciting, fun-filled experience that should be lived. Most other temperaments get tired just watching them when they are in full swing.

haha..very long hoh this post??i still prefer DISC.. =P ai yah..all i can say is all these tests can only be use as a guide..not healthy to put your entire focus and attention on it..ultimately,God can change the weaknesses into strengths if we are willing to..
