well..had my napha test on wed..it was like............i failed..haha..i failed 2.4km and standing broad jump.. =( my morst items of all..haha..only did well in sit ups and sit and reach..to think that during sec sch at least i got a bronze.. -_-""" old liao..haha..

so expectedly, the next day..i got a FULL blast bodyache..it is no joke k..difficulty sitting down and standing up..even going to the toilet also got problem..sianzz..i spend abt 20 sec to get off my bed..cos my body really pain like dunno what..going up the stairs is still quite ok..but going down the stairs is a HUGE problem..haha..me and chen yie were like suffering the same problem..haha..wah piang..cannot take it..machiam two 91 yr old ah ma like that..haha..now i really understand what the elderly meant by they cant squat down or taking the stairs..

had worship prac with samuel..it is for the camp coming up..dun even know who he is lah..haha..but gd thing he went to club room to find me..then after the prac..he drove me and his classmates down to novena..so i took mrt down to eunos to mit rach they all..cos we going titus hse for leaders retreat..stayed for one nite..then came back for the full dress rehearsal for the heart of worship sunday..it was generally quite ok..was abit stress up cos got alot of things not in place..nevertheless..the prac went quite smoothly..
